PLACING AN ORDER When you're done shopping,
click "checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag
appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the
items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.
INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY If your country is not provided in the drop down menu, please put the name of your country in the "Comments" section provided under Shipping Information. If we are unable to ship to your country a cancellation email will be sent to you.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER When you enter your credit card information and
click "submit order" on the review page, we'll give you a confirmation number.
You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received
within approximately 24 hours.

prefer to not order online or need special delivery arrangements, you may

email to customerservice@thudrumble.com, Subject: New Online
Order.
PAYMENT AND BILLING ThudRumble.com accepts the following forms of
payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Your credit card
will not be charged until your order is shipped. You can also pay with PAYPAL or money
order/cashiers check by downloading our order form. Please do not send cash.
SALES TAX We are required to collect tax for all California
customers, based on destination address of your shipment.
SHIPPING
OPTIONS* UPS Ground -
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will
receive your order within approximately 1 to 10 business days. Express- If
you need something right away, we can ship it to you via air mail at an
additional charge. For weekday air delivery, order must be received by 8 a.m.
PST of the next *business day, and credit card authorization and verification
must be obtained.
*Please note: All orders are shipped out during regular business
hours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)
ORDER STATUS
AND TRACKING All Orders
will receive at least two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a
valid email address. The first confirms that your order has been received (your
confirmation number will be included). This email should arrive within
approximately 24 hours. The second confirms that your order has been shipped
(any tracking information will be included).
Find the applicable UPS or USPS
tracking number in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been
shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com or www.usps.com to check the status of your order
online respectively.
If your order
appears late, please remember: 1) to check your email. If there are any complications with your order you will be immediately notified to the email address you provided us. 2) credit card approval must be received prior to
processing 3) overnight orders placed after 8 a.m. PST are processed the
following business day 4) express delivery only occurs on business days,
excluding holidays
