RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We apologize for any inconvenience but we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. We will gladly replace defective merchandise or correct mistakes with your order if postmarked within 14 days of invoice date. Replacement merchandise will be shipped to you at no extra
charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Please follow the procedure below:
- Write customerservice@thudrumble.com with order
number (ONL# ___ ) to assist you with your return. A RA#
(Return Authorization) may be issued by service representative and is required
for returned/exchange.
- RA# will be void if product is not received within 30 days after date of issued and return/exchange will not be voided.
- Place the merchandise in a secure box with a copy of your original
invoice, then send the box back to us via insured and trackable mail to the
address provided by customer service.
